Commercial Management

To access Commercial, we need to click on the Commercial tab in the top menu.

The basic concepts to keep in mind in this module are:

 – Quotation: A document provided to a client informing them of the cost of the sale of products and/or the provision of services.

 – Order: A request made to a manufacturer or seller for the products or services they offer.

 – Contract: An agreement between two parties in which they commit to fulfilling the terms specified in the document.

Intervention: An action performed for a client over a period and in an extraordinary manner, such as fixing a breakdown.

In the image, we see what can be found in the Commercial module:

(1) From this lateral submenu (QUOTATIONS), we can create a new quotation, get a list of quotations, or view quotation statistics.

(2) From this lateral submenu (SALES ORDERS), we can create a new client order, get a list of orders, or view statistics.

(3) With the lateral submenu (SUPPLIER QUOTATIONS), we can request a new quotation from a supplier, get a list of quotations, or view statistics.

(4) With the lateral submenu (PURCHASE ORDERS), we can create a new supplier order, get a list of orders, or view statistics.

(5) From the lateral submenu (CONTRACTS/SUBSCRIPTIONS), we can create new contracts, view a list of contracts, or view statistics.

(6) The lateral submenu (INTERVENTIONS) allows us to create new interventions or view a list of all interventions.
